Some more great talent coming out of the nations capital this time a duo who go by the name Peking Duk Aka- Reuben Styles and Adam Hyde. These 2 formed back in January twentyten and already making big waves. The duK love creating unique sounds, mixing obscure genres, and laying a heavy bass over anything. ReplyDeleteJust because they have gigs doesn't mean they are talented. It just means they have teen support, confidence and able to talk the talk... I've also seen them play, and was not impressed at all, in fact embarrassed for them.

I can't comment on their live performances, however their productions are crisp and well produced which sets good producers apart from 'frothers' using fruity loops
ReplyDeleteYeah i saw them live at Northbar last saturday playing after GiGi Barocco. These guys have a very similar set up to what the aston shuffle have. One barely does anything whilst the other sits in the back doing nothing.
ReplyDeleteThese guys started at the beginning of the year.... of course they aren't going to be the best dj's, but from what i've seen they know how to rock the room.
ReplyDeleteThey haven't been djing for long, but they have played with some big names already. cannot wait to hear what else these boys can do. they're talented and will succeed, especially with their home town backing them.
