Some Music For your Ears

Schools over for the year, so I can get back to posting some music. Its been a while since I have actually posted anything substantial so I thought I had better make up for lost time with this post. Here is some stuff from some artists who I have been really digging as of late.

Eats Everything, his name seems to be on everyones lips at the moment, he made everyone take notice with the aptly named track Entrance Song and now is scaling the Beatport charts at an alarming rate with the newly released self titled EP on Dirtybird. That little city of Bristol has produced another bass demon.

Oops, almost forgot this one, his recent collab track with Dirtybird team mate Worthy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

You don't continually make it into Resident Advisors monthly top 50 chart unless you are making really ,really good music. And Maceo Plex (aka Maetrik) is one person that always seems to squeeze two or three of his tracks into the chart. House music full of substance right here, perfect for hot summer days in the park.

Maceo Plex - Falling

DJ T - City Life (Maceo Plex Remix)

I have Melbourne wizard Mat Cant to thank for this one , heard him play it at Revolver a while back, and it somehow remained in my memory, strange because Revolver and remembering things don't usually go hand in hand.

A-Trak - Rayban Vision ( Luckybeard Remix) WARNING This song will get stuck in your head.

Drop the Lime, haven't heard a whole lot of new material from the rockabilly fiend. He gives the iconic Surfin Bird a nice little rub over on this number. Yep, bird is still the word.

What makes a memorable electronic track? Well, I guess there is a lot of factors, but perhaps the most important thing is that it has to be unique, and French duo Chateau Flight have done exactly that with Chi Chi Devils . Getting spins from the likes of Erol Alkan and Sven Vath, soooo good.

I was going to make this post supersized, but I have decided against it and will just post the rest of the tracks I have lined up over the coming days. Hope you liked the tunes for the day. More bombs on the way.

BONUS: I am not the biggest fan of the whole progressive sound/scene, but when a track like this comes along there is no way I can dislike it This makes you feel like a fucking superhero.

Sebastian Ingrosso & Alesso - Calling WOW
